Cards
Go to the My cards tab, then click Create my first card. Follow the steps to customize your loyalty card.
In My cards, select the desired card and tap Edit to change its content or settings.
From My cards, select the card you want to delete and click the Delete button. Note that this action is permanent.
You can generate a QR Code:
- directly from the QR Code menu,
- or by opening a card and tapping QR Code.
Each purchase corresponds to a certain number of points. Once the reward threshold is reached, the customer automatically unlocks their reward and a new card is issued.
With each purchase, you define the number of points to award. Then, show the associated QR Code to the customer so they can credit their card.
The customer presents their reward QR Code. You scan it to validate and issue the reward.
Account
You can generate a temporary code that the customer will enter in their app once connected. Their points will be credited automatically.
The application requires an internet connection to function properly. Without a connection, you won't be able to validate points or rewards.
From your profile, open the Sensitive zone section, then click Delete my account and confirm the deletion.

If you are a merchant with an active subscription, it will be automatically canceled.
Payments
In My profile, go to My subscription. Select the offer and proceed to payment. Subscription benefits are activated immediately.
Go to My subscription and click Cancel. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
For immediate termination, contact us via the Support menu → Send a message. Our team will handle the request.
