Tomorrow, your customers will find your business inside Kyvo
Kyvo does not stop at the loyalty card. We are building a place where people discover the businesses in their town, and where a merchant is no longer only kept but found. Here is where we are heading, and why being there now matters.
- What already exists
- What is coming
- Why now
What Kyvo already does for you
Before talking about what comes next, the present has to be clear, because it is what makes the rest credible. Today, Kyvo is a loyalty app running in real businesses, every day, with real customers scanning at the counter.
Your card takes minutes to create, your customers collect points on scan, the reward unlocks on its own. Referrals turn your regulars into a sales channel, Google review requests grow your listing, and automatic reminders bring you back to mind for those who have not returned. All of that exists, works, and costs fifteen euros a month after a two-month trial.
What comes next replaces none of it. It builds on top, and it rests on something we are creating today, one business at a time: a community of customers who use Kyvo as part of their daily life.
- Digital loyalty card with points credited on scan
- Automatic referrals between customers
- Google review requests and listing tracking
- Notifications and automatic reminders for inactive customers
Where we are heading
We would rather tell you what is shipped and what is still being built than present everything as done. Here are both, kept apart.
Keeping the customers you already have
AvailableThis is the foundation, and it is in place. Your program, your rewards, your referrals, your Google reviews and your reminders. Every business joining Kyvo today builds loyalty and brings in new customers through word of mouth.
The Kyvo map of local businesses
In progressYour customers will open the app and see the businesses in their town, with their loyalty programs. Someone looking for lunch, a haircut or a bakery will find you because you are on the map, not because they already knew you. You will no longer only be kept, you will be discovered.
Discovery, rewarded
In progressCustomers will earn achievements and badges based on the businesses they have discovered in their town. It is a game, purely cosmetic for them, but the effect on you is very real: it pushes people through the door of a shop they have never set foot in. Yours, for instance.
A local ecosystem, not one more platform
The directionThe destination is a town where merchants share one audience instead of each fighting for their own, and where residents have a reason to spend close to home rather than elsewhere. That is what we are building.
Facing the platforms, rather than accepting their terms
The big platforms taught people to order, book and choose from their phone. They also taught merchants what that costs: double-digit commissions, customers who belong to the app rather than the shop, and a ranking whose rules nobody controls. Local businesses ended up renting access to their own customers.
Kyvo takes the problem from the other end. We take no commission on what you sell, we do not stand between you and your customer, and the people who join your program are your customers, not ours. What we bring is the one thing a single business cannot afford on its own: an audience.
One merchant alone will never get enough people to install an app for it to matter. A hundred merchants in the same town will. That is the whole point of pooling: each brings their own customers, and each walks away with access to everyone else's.
- No commission on your revenue
- Your customers stay yours, with their history and their points
- No middleman between you and the person in front of you
- An audience pooled between businesses in the same town
What it will concretely bring you
Loyalty keeps the customers you have. The ecosystem brings you new ones.
Being found
Appearing to the people in your town looking for a business like yours, not only to those who already know you.
A shared audience
Customers recruited by other merchants in your town become customers who can discover you.
Telling your story
Your news, your latest additions and your offers, shown to people who have never been to your business.
Discovery as the engine
An achievement system that gives customers a concrete reason to try a business they have never visited.
Your customers stay yours
No commission, no middleman, no customer base captured by a platform.
The head start of being early
Businesses already on board, with an active program and registered customers, will be the first ones visible when the map lights up.
Questions about what comes next
Because what you build in the meantime cannot be caught up later. A business arriving with two years of program behind it, a base of registered customers and accumulated Google reviews is not in the same position as one starting from zero on launch day. And in the meantime, loyalty and referrals are already working for you.
We are not giving a date, and that is deliberate: we would rather promise nothing than promise something we are not certain to deliver. What we can say is that development is under way, and that merchants already signed up will be the first to know.
Your loyalty program, your rewards and your settings stay as they are. What is coming will be added to what you already have rather than replacing it, and you remain free to use loyalty alone if that is all you need.
No, and there are no plans to. Kyvo is not a sales intermediary: we handle neither your orders nor your payments, and we take nothing from your revenue. You pay a subscription, that is all.
You do. The people who join your program are your customers, with their visit history and their points with you. Kyvo is the tool that carries that relationship, it does not take its place.
