Terms of Use – End Users

By using Kyvo, you accept these Terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Kyvo application (the "Application") by end users (the "User").

2. Services Provided

• Register for free
• Accumulate loyalty points with partner merchants
• Redeem rewards once the loyalty card is completed
• Keep a history of their cards and rewards

3. Registration and User Account

• Registration is optional for scanning a card, but some features (card backup, notifications) require an account
• The User must provide a valid and accurate email address
• The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential

4. Use of the Service

• Use the Application only as intended
• Do not falsify or manipulate loyalty points
• Respect the conditions set by partner merchants for awarding and using rewards

5. Kyvo’s Responsibilities

• Kyvo provides a technical tool between merchants and customers
• Kyvo is not responsible for commercial conditions set by merchants (points value, nature of rewards, etc.)
• Kyvo is not responsible for disputes between merchants and customers
• Kyvo is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the Application

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Application (texts, logos, graphics, software, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Kyvo.

7. Termination

The User can delete their account at any time from the Application. Kyvo may suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

Kyvo reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect service evolution or legal requirements. Users will be informed of any material change by email or in-app notification.
