What is the Rewards Space?
The Rewards Space is Kyvo's second type of loyalty program, alongside the loyalty card. Nothing changes at the counter: your customer scans your QR code and earns points. What changes is what they do with them. Instead of filling a card for a single reward, they build up a balance and spend it when they decide, on the rewards you have put on display.
That freedom changes the relationship. A customer chasing a distant reward can lose interest when it never seems to come. With several rewards at different prices, there is always one within reach: a quick treat with a small item, or saving up for a bigger one. Rewards still out of reach stay visible, with the points missing, so they know where they are heading.
You also name your currency: "nuggets", "stars", "seeds", with the emoji of your choice. Your customers no longer read "5 points" but "5 nuggets 🌟", wherever their balance appears. A small detail that gives the program your business's personality.

The other way round, balances above the new threshold are brought just below it, so no customer ends up with a full card you never planned to give away. Kyvo shows you how many customers and points are affected before you confirm. Accounts, history and rewards already earned are kept.
It disappears from the showcase and nobody can get it anymore. Customers who already bought it keep it and can redeem it at the counter. If you put it back later, it becomes available again.
Before every purchase, a window sums up the reward, its price and the remaining balance, so the customer confirms knowingly. If you delete a purchase from their profile, their points are refunded.
